As a Medicaid Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping underserved seniors access essential care and support through Medicaid and Medicare applications. Key Responsibilities
● Initiate, assist, and manage Medicaid applications for prospective participants
● Conduct home visits to assist participants with completing the Medi-Cal application process
● Maintain accurate documentation and record participant enrollment information
● Adhere strictly to DHCS and CMS regulations and policies
● Collaborate with Finance Department for data analysis and reporting
● Monitor and maintain participants’ Medicaid eligibility
● Provide community resources to prospective participants and families/caregivers
● Collaborate with government specialists for required documentation

Schedule and Shift Details
● Hybrid, flexible schedule. Traveling to enrollees homes/remote. M-F 8a-5p.
