With my 15+ years of professional experience, extensive network, and unique, in-depth knowledge of numerous domains within HIM ranging from information governance to revenue cycle, I’ve helped many people take control of their professional lives by identifying their personal strengths and helping them build a career that makes them excited and empowered to succeed.

I'm passionate about actively creating solutions addressing the socioeconomic factors of health ( i.e. education, career level, wages, etc.) through strategic partnerships, workforce development research, and health literacy projects.

I earned my B.S. degree in Health Informatics and MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University in 2012 and 2014, respectively. In addition, I completed my research doctoral coursework in Health Sciences with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Behavior at A. T. Still University in 2020. I currently hold the following certifications and titles: Registered Health Information Administrator, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Specialist in Business Intelligence, Certified Revenue Cycle Representative, and most importantly Wife & Mother.
